Jeremiah Stone and Fabian Von Hauske of NYC’s Contra and Wildair are an acclaimed Chef duo that are responsible for paving the way with modern hospitality, serving a sophisticated American fare in a casual relaxed setting. The duo have firmly secured their place on the gastronomy scene for over a decade, with Contra opening 2013, followed by Wildair in the summer of 2015 and Peoples Wine Bar in 2019.

Tato Giovanonni

Florería Atlántico

Tato Giovanonni is one of the world’s most celebrated bartenders, he’s the mastermind behind Buenos Aires’s – Florería Atlántico, which is inspired by ‘Argentine flavours’, the bar since has been named fifth-best bar in the world by Drinks International’s Bar World 100 Award and most recently he’s been recognised as the 2020 Bartender of the Year by World’s 50 Best Bars.

Erik Ramirez & Juan Correa

Llama Inn

Led by Juan Correa and Chef Erik Ramirez, Llama Inn has become a cult favourite on New York’s restaurant scene, picking up several awards along the way, including a Bib Gourmand; a place in the New York Times’ Top 100 Restaurants list 2023; and a James Beard Award ‘Outstanding Chef’ finalist placing for Erik in 2023. In collaboration with Carte Blanched, Llama Inn London opened in September 2023.

Dario Cecchini

Dario Cecchini is a master butcher and ‘Chef’s Table’ star that hailing from a long line of butchers. His family’s shop in Panzano has been passed down for 8 generations. Dario is considered a pioneer in nose-to-tail cooking that favours small-scale farmers and he is revered by chefs around the world.

Dani Garcia

Bibo

Dani García is one of Andalusia’s most notable chefs. In a single dish, Dani manages to combine traditional produce from his part of the world with techniques and ingredients used in more international ways of cooking. His restaurant Smoked Room, in Madrid, debuted in the Michelin Guide with two stars and after being awarded three Michelin stars, he decided to take his cooking around the world.
