The Mondrian, Shoreditch

Bibo is contemporary Spanish restaurant created in partnership with chef Dani Garcia and is a lively, urban space, perfect for casual lunches and spirited dinners.

The menu is spread across vegetables, seafood and meat, with many of the dishes cooked over the grill such as the Iberian pork presa and dry aged txuleta burger. The signature paella offering puts lobster, octopus, rib eye and vegetables at the heart of the dish.

The restaurant design features a warm colour palette of burnt reds and orange with terrazzo tabletops, tiles and decorative wood and paper features to give the space a playful character – fitting to the Shoreditch location.
