Carna by Dario Cecchini, is a contemporary Italian steakhouse designed by Joyce Wang and created by the legendary butcher, Dario Cecchini from the village of Panzano in the Chianti region of Tuscany. With the belief that all cuts of meat can be utilised when cooked properly, Carna’s Nose – to – Tail concept eliminates waste and promotes sustainability.
